Dan is the systems thinker behind the operation. While Mike is on the phone, Dan is building the infrastructure — the automations, the integrations, the data pipelines that turn a good operation into a scalable one. SimpliLeads is the productized version of what Dan built internally.

Collecting Keys started as a podcast and grew into a real estate brand. Mike and Dan have closed over 500 deals across 9+ markets — wholesaling, creative finance, and buy-and-hold. They talk about all of it publicly, including the failures.
Along the way, they realized outbound was the single biggest bottleneck for most operators. Not deal analysis. Not funding. Not even finding markets. It was getting enough conversations with the right sellers — consistently, predictably, and at a cost that made the math work.
